iGlass

It can be controlled dynamically as well. The product includes specialized optics, electronics, mechanical design and software.
Other key area of iGlass is transparency and tinting control using PDLC, SPD, electro-chroming and LC films. Arislicht is specialized in electronics development of control units with LIN and CAN. We support in development of future glass technologies e.g. Access control integration in glass using camera, integrated interior LED lighting in glass roof for reading, illuminated Logo etc.

iSurface
Arislicht support to develop next generation of intelligent surfaces. It could be functional surfaces or shy tech surfaces. Display area is covering all the automotive interior spaces. The user experience is driven by consumer electronics and physical buttons, knobs and rotary switches are getting obsolete. Displays can´t be integrated to all surfaces due to limitations of impact from reflections, freeform geometries, cost vs functionality.
Necessity is mother of invention. This brings the new area in HMI i.e. intelligent surfaces, high demand in middle console, center stack, overhead consoles or door panels. Shytech buttons and interactive, decorative backside illuminated animations appear when user looks at it or moves their hand in proximity. 3D-surfaces allow blind control even if the user is focussed at way head on the street.
Arislicht integrates the sensors and modules with smart mechanical surfaces with touch, gesture and other control. This can be integrated in glass area or remote control.
